1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the al99 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account features available at al99.one. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on al99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

al99 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of local payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all financial activity on your account:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• al99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of the payments system will be forfeited and the relevant account closed immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

al99 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible players. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount.

al99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through irregular betting patterns, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.

6. Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of our platform and the experience of all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on al99:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform rules.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity fraud, payment fraud, collusion with other players, or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

al99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We maintain industry-standard SSL encryption and fair play certification practices to deliver a safe and reliable experience, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

al99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the account holder has breached any of these Terms, provided false information during registration or KYC, engaged in any form of fraud, or is suspected of any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the security of other players.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting al99 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you through your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been fully satisfied and there are no pending investigations into your account.
